OUR HISTORY

House of God was founded on September 10, 2006 by pastors Henry and Delia Ajo in the warmth of their living room. Motivated by the Holy Spirit they began the church in the north area of Tampa, Florida. By 2007, House of God already had a facility including a sanctuary with multiple offices and classrooms.

Today, many people have joined the vision of winning souls for the kingdom of heaven and have witnessed many miracles and healings within our church. The vision is to follow the Model of Jesus by making disciples of all nations; by reaching, equipping, connecting to friendship groups, and finally to send them to do the same. 
 

OUR VISION

Go therefore and make disciples of all of Central Florida, teaching them to keep what Jesus commanded us to do, through friendship groups, where we are taught to give our lives for our friends. [Mathew 28:19-20; John 15:12-13]

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

• We believe in one eternal God.

• We believe in God: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

• We believe that the Bible was inspired by the Holy Spirit and is the living Word of salvation.

• We believe in our Lord Jesus Christ as the only sufficient personal Savior of our souls, who shed His blood for the forgiveness of our sins and rose again on the third day.

• We believe that anyone who has faith in Jesus; recognizes Him as the Son of God and receives Him, has eternal life and will not be lost.

• We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit and all His gifts.

• We believe in the spiritual unity of the Body of Christ.
